【應(yīng)用范圍】
主要在液晶顯示器件、半導(dǎo)體硅晶片、集成電路、高精度印制電路板、光學(xué)器件、石英晶體、密封技術(shù)、帶氧化膜的金屬材料等生產(chǎn)過程中采用光清洗方法最為合適。
主要材料:ITO玻璃、光學(xué)玻璃、鉻板、掩膜板、拋光石英晶體、硅晶片和 帶有氧化膜的金屬等進(jìn)行精密清洗處理。
可以去除污垢:有機(jī)性污垢、人體皮脂、化妝品油脂、樹脂添加劑及聚酰亞胺、石蠟、松香、潤滑油、殘余的光刻膠等。
