【技術(shù)原理】
基于微波無極紫外燈系統(tǒng)設(shè)計研發(fā),通過微波、紫外線和臭氧三位一體作用于處理物質(zhì),利用UV光解、光催化、光氧化、光解VOCS和干擾細胞合成等方式,達到消毒殺菌和加快有機物分解,用于各種有毒、異味、惡臭、污染等氣體、液體的凈化處理。
1.微波:可使細胞中極性物質(zhì)隨高頻微波場的震動受到干擾和阻礙, 引起微生物細胞的蛋白質(zhì)、核酸等生物大分子受熱凝固或變性失活, 從而導致其突變或死亡。
2.紫外線:光譜為253.7nm的紫外線通過照射微生物的DNA,使其發(fā)生光化學反應(yīng),從而變性失活,是目前公認的最佳消毒光譜線。
3.臭氧( O3 ):微波激發(fā)光譜為185nm的射線與空氣中的氧氣反應(yīng)生成的臭氧具有強氧化作用,是已知的最強氧化劑。對從烴到羧酸的種類眾多有機物都可分解,可有效地殺滅各種細菌病菌,臭氧的彌散性可彌補由于紫外線只沿直線傳播、消毒有死角的缺點。
